TYPE: Mexico. Guerrero: Near Acahuizotla (km) 349 road Mexico-Acapulco, on a decaying Erythrina tree, flowers ivory white, of agreeable pungent fragance, plant 1 ft tall, 80 mm thick, brilliant green with silvery sheats, developing 7 inflorescenses together from internodes, ca. 900, March 6 1933; O.
