La Reserva Biológica Isla del Caño (RBIC) se encuentra frente a la Península de Osa, aproximadamente a 20 km de Bahía Drake, en el Área de Conservación Osa (ACOSA). Hay evidencia de actividad humana en tiempos precolombinos. Fue usada como un cementerio indígena y se han encontrado esferas de piedra del Diquís. Comprende 200 hectáreas en la parte terrestre y 2.700 hectáreas en la parte marina. Es también un sitio muy importante para el buceo.

Isla del Caño Biological Reserve (ICBR) is located in front of the Osa Peninsula, about 15 km from of the San Pedrillo, Corcovado National Park in the Osa Conservation Area (ACOSA). There is evidence of preColumbian human activity. It was used as an indigenous cemetery. Some of the most interesting artifacts are the stone spheres of Diquís. It comprises 200 hectares and 2,700 hectares of marine area. It is also a very important site for diving.
